The candidate will be the main point of contact for the tenants and act as the face of the co-working space and ensuring Hope Spaces meet members’ needs, deliver the best experience through curated events based on members’ interests, and create a welcoming environment for members and guests.Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field. • Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. • Time and project management skills. • Proficiency in Arabic and English • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills • Passion for entrepreneurial communities • Attentive to details and managing tasks efficiently • Enjoys developing relationships and networking • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies. • Commitment to providing exceptional service and support to staff members.
