About this Job

The purpose of this job is to support projects aimed at improving the services we deliver to the entrepreneurs (Peer Communities, Strategic Guidance & Mentorship, Capital, Talent, and more) and manage Hope Spaces and its overall objectives. The candidate will be the main point of contact for the tenants and act as the face of the co-working space and ensuring Hope Spaces meet members’ needs, deliver the best experience through curated events based on members’ interests, and create a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.

• Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

• Time and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Arabic and English

• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

• Passion for entrepreneurial communities

• Attentive to details and managing tasks efficiently

• Enjoys developing relationships and networking

• Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.

• Commitment to providing exceptional service and support to staff members.

Job Responsibilities

• Resolve any conflict/issues arising daily

• Planning space to meet business objectives

• Managing day-to-day organizational space assignments and charge backs

• Optimizing space utilization

• Conduct regular check-ins with tenants to understand their experience

• Complete quarterly check-ins with tenants to help them maximize the value of their membership in the space

• Create new leads through outreach

• Conduct orientation meetings for new tenants within the space

• Advising internal customers on utilization improvements and planning options

• Support projects aimed at improving the services we deliver to the entrepreneurs (Peer Communities, Strategic Guidance & Mentorship, Capital, Talent, and more)

• Set up and host “social events” that help to create a community

• Distribute all necessary information to promote events

• Conduct move-out interviews to understand the departing members’ overall experience at the space
